I am aware that participation in dancing is potentially dangerous and involves risk of injury. I understand that these risks include, but are not limited to injury to ligaments, muscles, tendons, bones, and other aspects of the body that may include head, neck, or spine. Due to the dangers of this activity. I understand that this experience is not a replacement for therapy. I agree to release  the producers of SOL VIDA LLC and its employees or agents from any and all liability/responsibility which may arise in connection with my / my child’s participation in activities with SOL VIDA LLC Media Release. I, the undersigned individual/company, agree to waive all rights relative to the transmission and publication of all images recorded on any media by SOL VIDA LLC or its assigns, for the sole use by SOL VIDA LLC. I agree that these images and audio may be used for the intended publication, promotion, marketing and any other requirements of the company. All negatives, prints and electronic files recorded by SOL VIDA LLC  shall be the sole property of SOL VIDA LLC and no other use of the images shall be permitted without the express written consent of SOL VIDA LLC .
