About SOL VIDA and The Embodied Revolution:

SOL VIDA is a Denver-based dance organization dedicated to embodied healing justice. We center Black, Brown and the Rainbow spectrums of identities and being son this planet in the pursuit of dance freedom and love. We are dedicated to shifting normalcy utilizing dance and healing arts as tools of personal transformation and collective liberation.

The Embodied Revolution is a global dance and wellness movement for social change. The Embodied Revolution asks us, "How do we stay well while shifting normalcy?" The Embodied Revolution is here … co-creating intentional containers that center community care to raise the vibration of artivists, healers, leaders, lightworkers, dancers, educators, and creatives. We're creating a global movement collective connected through regular virtual and in-person experiences for tool-sharing, dance activations, healing arts circles, embodied divination, training artistic leadership, and wellness development.
