SOL VIDA WORLDWIDE is a movement, energy and global community dedicated to activating radical personal freedom in the body and life. Utilizing dance, embodiment and expressive arts as an act of revolution to excavate emotion--our participants feel grounded, inspired and called to life.
Since 1999, we’ve been producing workshops, programs, festivals, retreats and co-creating safer, inclusive spaces for authentic expression.
